The plaque, itself is beautifully done. My issue is that although your advertisement does use the word “plaque”, every picture and video is CLEARLY a 3D piano! That is what caught my eye (duh) and made me want this as a gift for my wife (double duh)- but your advertising people knew that!! I don’t know what the actual definition of “Bait and Switch” is, but this has got to be close. PS: maybe they are right because I don’t think that I would have bought the plaque
